1. CREATE A TFG ACCOUNT
Create a Tree Frog Grading account. This will allow you to create submissions and receive updates on your orders
2. SELECT A GRADING SERVICE
Select your desired Grading Service
3. ENTER THE AMOUNT OF CARDS
Enter the amount of cards you would like graded.
4. CHECKOUT & PAY
Follow the on-screen instructions and checkout your basket.
Wait to be redirected to the 'Submission Details' page
5. ENTER SUBMISSION DETAILS
Follow the on-screen instructions. Input the relevant information for your submission, following the format in the example
7. PACKAGE YOUR CARDS
Package your cards securely. We recommend you place your cards inside penny sleeves and then insert them into toploaders or semi rigid sleeves. Please do not seal toploaders shut with sticky tape, as the adhesive can cause issues for the research team and our graders.
CLEARLY LABEL THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR PACKAGE WITH YOUR ORDER REFERENCE NUMBER. Please check your account or the order confirmation email for this. Send your package to our address:

Your graded cards will then be security marked with our holographic seal and given a unique serial number. We will then photogram and encapsulate your cards using our Ultrasonic welders, securing your cards inside our bespoke TFG cases
6. LABEL YOUR CARDS
On the card submission details page, you will be asked to assign each of your cards a number. Label each of your cards with the corresponding number you have given. We recommend applying a sticker with the number to each of the toploaders/semi rigid cases that you send.
8. GRADING PROCESS
We will update you when we have received your cards and when they are in grading. Once received, your cards will enter the research phase, where we verify the authenticity of your submissions. Once research is complete, your cards will be graded and awarded their respective grades
Once you have received your graded cards, scan the right hand QR code to check its authenticity on our inventory. You can also check the population report of your cards
10. RETURNING YOUR CARDS
Once your cards have been encapsulated, we dispatch your cards via Royal Mail and notify you of your tracking information
